  High density and strength molding
It adopts four-lead ,channel steel stander making the equipment more firm and the mould and the squeeze head Orentation more precise ,and bed mould orientation vertical vibration and upper mould compression vibration ,which improves the efficiency greatly and manufactures blocks with more average density and higher strength.

1) The machine is designed by our factory according to the small and medium sized hollow block forming machine, in our factory.
2)The machine adopts four-lead channel steel stander making the equipment more stable.
3)The machine adopts top die push and pull, and automation scraper, which is simple to operate as well as large-scale equipment.
4) Upper mold be raised by reducer.
5) The table adopts super-strong vibration motor to make vertical and directional vibration.
6) At the beam with a pair of supper-strong vertical pressurization vibration,can ensure the good molding results .
7) The upper mold with the bottom mold compressing make the brick with good quality, large density, and high strength.

 

 

1) The motor for the host machine is Germany SIEMENS brand or ABB brand

2) Control PLC: we select original Japan Mitsubishi PLCcombine with independently develop machine control program, assure stable and high       efficiency working status
3) The switch will use France Sc  hneider brand and Japan Omron
4) Mould: newest heat treatment device and carburizing treatment will assure longer mould life span and ensure the strength of mould reach to 54-     58 HRC so that the mould can be used more than 100 thousand times.
5)Material and welding: all materials and spare parts selected according to international CE standard, Carbon dioxide protection welding will assure whole line stable running.

The host machine can operated independently,it also can be operated with Transmission part and J350/ concrete mixing plant. achieve auto production.

1.  Brief introduction

QT4-25 is one kind hollow brick making machine production line. It is hydraulic pressure and fully automatic. This whole line includes stacker machine, host machine, conveyor belt, JQ400 /JQ500mixer and PLC controller.
The capacity of QT4-25 is about 4608 pieces for one day of block mold size 400x200x200mm. 9216 pieces one day of size 400x100x200mm.
QT4-25 fully automatic block machine line can make different kinds blocks like hollows, pavers, curbstone, solid blocks by changing different block molds.
The total pressure of the total line is 36KW, which is enough to make strong and high quality bricks.

2. Control system:
PLC intelligent control. Man-machine interface, control system equipped with complete logic control, production program, malfunction diagnosis system and remote control function. So it doesn't need a professional person but only need a simple trained one to the operator.
Product scope: It produces various bricks/blocks including color-face bricks (layered material feeding),through-body tiles,lock linkage blocks, road curb bricks, hydraulic blocks,hollow blocks, perforated bricks, and standard bricks etc.
