Hongfa QT4-15S machine & hollow block making machine philippines
The full line including cement silo, batching machine,mixer, QT5-15 hydraulic pressing brick machine , stacker machine.the silo stock the cement, by screw conveyor transfering cement into the mixer. the batching machine get a proper compounding ratio for raw material, finally pouring into the mixer hopper and put into the mixing cavity. with automatic water supplying, we will get the perfect concrete material for making block. the host machine with PLC controller, can feeding material, pressing, shaping by itself. after shaping, stacker machine will stack 4 layer for moving by forklift
1) The motor for the host machine is Germany SIEMENS brand or ABB brand
2) Control PLC: we select original Japan Mitsubishi PLCcombine with independently develop machine control program, assure stable and high efficiency working status
3) The switch will use France Sc hneider brand and Japan Omron
4) Mould: newest heat treatment device and carburizing treatment will assure longer mould life span and ensure the strength of mould reach to 54- 58 HRC so that the mould can be used more than 100 thousand times.
5)Material and welding: all materials and spare parts selected according to international CE standard, Carbon dioxide protection welding will assure whole line stable running.

So the products have high density. Adopting synchronization vibration insures the products making average. The frequency can change according to different technics. Warming signal is propitious to eliminate the fault. Combine with long-distance controlling system, it can achieve scrutiny, controlling, diagnosis.
