QT4-15S Produce approximately 490m² of paving bricks per 8 hours ----enough to cover one basketball court.

Hollow Block Productivity

Hopper+Belt Conveyor
1) PLC automatic Material feeding ensures more accurate material input and results in more uniform bricks.
2) Level sensor inside the hopper, automatic detects the material quantity. 

Material Distributor
1) Suspend guide rail design, avoid damage to the pallet.

Vibration Motor

1) Adopted heat-treated gears and guide rails.
2) Extended sliding sleeve with chrome-plated is more durable and robust, providing better lubrication and preventing wear. 

Pipping
1) 36Mpa hoses ensure secure and long service time under 16Mpa working condition.
2) Seamless steel and clamp-type steel pipes adoped to ensure clean and well-sealed oil circuit.

4. Q: HOW to pay? Is my money safe?
  A: Yes dear, your money is protected by the Made-in-China platform. You can pay by TT BANK or LC at sight.

   A: We support Overseas Installation for all our medium / big machines, small machines you will gain online video technical support (Trading company may not support).

     A: Yes, we can. Our equipment will be carefully tested before shipping, and it can be used for over 15 years. You can come to our factory and check the machine and machine testing before delivery.

     A: The machine will deliver 15-25 working days after receiving the deposit.
         If we can't deliver on time (delay more than 7days ), our factory will provide the free spare parts for you, or you can cancel the order. The deposit will be sent back to you.
