4.When do you delivery the goods?
Normally 15 days after receipt of deposit and moulds confirmation from Buyer.
5.What about the payment terms?
30% as down deposit by T/T ,70% as the balance paid by T/T before loading(L/C is also acceptable).
6. If my machine have problem or some parts broken, how to do ?
Please contact me at once, we will see what is problem and find the solution asap. and send spare parts to your asap.
7.Does the price include the mould?
Yes,the above price includes one set mould.
8.How about the commissioning of the machine and training to workers?
Yes, after finish the fabrication of the block machine production line, our engineer will do the testing running and commissioning, and make the most suitable ratio of the materials to make the blocks, and train the workers how to operate and maintain the machines.
1) We can Send the technicians to carry out the installation and debugging of equipment for the foreign users with compensation.Or we can make installation videos and Instructions for clients .even online to guide installation .So no worry about installation
2) Teach the local workers and clients the routine maintenance of equipment and remove common faults.
3) We are responsible for all the repairs that caused by our quality problems within one year's warranty. (We will provide one set of spare parts/wear & tear parts free of charge with shipment.)
4) We can design the client's working site layout .as client's requirement .also provide the foundation drawings and other technical data and drawings which as required.
5) We accept suggestions for improvement put forward by customers an earnest way. In accordance with changes of the market, provide the products and services to meet the user's needs and create value for them.
