The machine takes sands, stones and cement as raw materials to produce many kinds of reinforced concrete drainage pipe with the length of 1000-4000mm, internal diameter of 200-4000mm with the mouth shapes of flat, tongue and groove and socket and spigot. All mechanical indexes have meet the national standards. They have been used widely in deep well, municipal drainage, expressway and other water supply and sewerage works with higher level required. The production efficiency can reach 4-5 piece/hour.

Main Features

The centrifugal machine is mainly used to manufacture the centrifugal equipments manufacturing the reinforced concrete drainpipes, driving the spinning of the drainpipe concrete pipe mold loaded with some concrete and reinforcing steel with a certain mixing ratio at different speeds, and the solid phase particles of concrete in steel mould will be centrifugal settling in the steel mould inner surface under centrifuge, meanwhile draining the excessive water, thus forming compacting concrete structure namely reinforcing concrete drainpipe. The machine mainly consists of riding wheels, shafts, bearing block, bearing, V-blet pulley, base and electromagnetic speed-controlling motor.

Steps to make concrete pipe:

 concrete water pipe making machine is new and high efficiency model concrete pipe producing system ,it absorb Europe technology and experience ,it could produce diameter Φ300-2000mm, usually length 1000-2000mm ( length can be extend into max 3000-4000mm) .total it need about 6-8 people to operate whole line ,depend on capacity .

  automatic welding machine 
first workers prepare the steel cage ,this cage can be made by manual ,also can be made by automatic machinery ,this machine could weld cage by automatic way.

prepare all the molds.
1. one worker clear the mould ,and brush de-mould oil 
2.use 5-10Ton crane to lift steel cage into mould, then use screw nut to fix the mould 
3.  lift the mould in to overhang rolling machine ,lock the machine and start running4.  JS500 or JS750 machine mix the cement ,sand ,stone material ,then feed to the mould by automatic material feeding belt conveyer system . mould will be under the high speed running ,the material will be press into mould through main machine main shaft.5: after some minutes ,when material fill the mould ,then stop and open the machine ,use 5-10Ton crane to lift the mould with pipe to empty yard place.
6: after 3 hours ,we could open the mould , then we have 5-7 days water curing .
